Our Services
Service Description
Zitro Visuals provides professional photography and videography services including commercial, fashion, product, portrait, boudoir, and video production. All services are subject to availability and require advance booking.
Service Agreement
Each project is governed by a separate service agreement that outlines specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing. These terms supplement but do not replace individual project contracts.

We commit to delivering work of the highest professional quality, using industry-standard equipment and techniques to ensure exceptional results for every project.
Booking & Payment
Booking Process
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and required deposit. We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for standard sessions and 2-3 months for commercial projects.
Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final images or as specified in your contract.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved corporate payment terms. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Client Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled date will receive a deposit credit for future use. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to the full session fee.
Rescheduling
One reschedule is permitted free of charge with at least 7 days notice. Additional reschedules or last-minute changes may incur a rescheduling fee of up to 25% of the session cost.
Force Majeure
In cases of extreme weather, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.
Intellectual Property
Copyright Ownership
Zitro Visuals retains copyright to all photographs and videos unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients receive a license to use images as specified in their contract.
Usage Rights
Personal use licenses permit sharing on personal social media and printing for personal display. Commercial use requires a separate license and additional fees.
Portfolio Rights
We reserve the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, competition entries, and promotional purposes unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.
Deliverables & Timeline
Delivery Timeline
Standard portrait sessions: 2-3 weeks. Commercial projects: 3-4 weeks. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee. Timelines begin after the session date.
File Formats
Final images are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs via secure online gallery. RAW files are not included unless specified in your contract for an additional fee.
Revisions
Each package includes a specified number of retouched images. Additional retouching or revisions beyond the package scope are available at our standard hourly rate.
Liability & Conduct
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question.
Equipment Failure
While rare, in cases of equipment failure or data loss, our liability is limited to a full refund or complimentary reshoot at our discretion.
Client Conduct
We reserve the right to terminate any session where client behavior is inappropriate, dangerous, or violates our professional standards, without refund.
